About The Team
Who are we?
The Trowbridge Weavers Market is a not-for-profit community organisation established in January 2019. The Organising Committee is a group of Trowbridge residents who have the shared goal of bringing a quality monthly market to central Trowbridge to contribute to making Trowbridge a better place to live.
Our vision is to do this by “Weaving together Creativity, Community and Independent Traders.”
In 2024, the volunteer committee decided to gain the support of Green Top Markets to run the administration and logistics, freeing up the time and creativity of our volunteer team!
Currently the committee consists of volunteers who in their working lives are: an artist, a marine engineer, a town councillor, a craftsman, a maritime archaeologist, and a businesswoman. We all bring our own experience, ideas and connections together to run this monthly market.
