How to trade with us

ALL TRADERS

We welcome local (within 25mile radius of Trowbridge Town Hall), independent traders who are largely artisanal by nature, selling original and interesting items as well as vintage and repurposed items. Street food, and food product sellers are also welcome. Inside traders must have a minimum of £1million Public Liability Insurance. Outside traders must have a minimum of £5million Public Liability Insurance.

All traders must register using the link below. After the registration details have been reviewed and approved by the committee, traders will be sent a booking form and invoice for payment.

INDOOR VENUE: Old Town Hall

A week before each market you will receive an email stating your location and arrival time.

Then it’s just a matter of turning up at the market/s!

2026 Market Fees

Outdoor £30 per 3m pitch space (limited numbers of gazebos may be hired for £15)

Street food £10/metre frontage

Suitcase 1.5m £15

Indoor £25 per 2m pitch space

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations at least 7 days prior to a market receive a full refund or can be rolled over to another market. Cancellations less than 7 days prior are not refundable.

If the organisers cancel a market a full refund for affected traders is automatic. In bad weather the indoor venue will still trade and outdoor traders will be offered any spare indoor pitches.
